At Side Hustle we believe a great brewery doesn’t have to be tucked away in some industrial location where you stand in line to order. Nor does it have to be limited to metal stools, cheap wine, and formerly frozen, deep-fried food. So we built Side Hustle to prove that beer drinkers can sit comfortably and gather in camaraderie with foodies, wine lovers and cocktail aficionados to celebrate good times.

History of Beer
The History of Beer is a two-hour guided beer history talk and tasting at Side Hustle Local in Bothell, Washington, hosted by storyteller James Whittaker. It runs Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the Speakeasy. Tickets are $25 and include tastings of historically significant beer styles poured alongside the story. Capacity is 30 people. Ages 21 and up.
