A Place for Everyone

At Side Hustle we believe a great brewery doesn’t have to be tucked away in some industrial location where you stand in line to order. Nor does it have to be limited to metal stools, cheap wine, and formerly frozen, deep-fried food. So we built Side Hustle to prove that beer drinkers can sit comfortably and gather in camaraderie with foodies, wine lovers and cocktail aficionados to celebrate good times. We built a place for everyone. 

The 24 draught beers and ciders you will enjoy at Side Hustle are from our own Original Gangster Brewery and other small, local producers. Most are unique to the Bothell beer scene. As are the 12 fine wines, bought in bulk to serve at fair prices. Without distributors involved, more of your money supports local breweries and wineries. Many of our spirits are local too. 

And the food? It is all house-made down to the bread, dressings and sauces. Foodies will appreciate the exotic spices and aromas of our European fusion skillets. Large appetites will be challenged by the generously topped focizzas (focaccia pizzas), sandos and salads. Desserts are made from scratch.
